When travel plans are uncertain, we all want to be as flexible as we can – and that’s true for us, as well as our guests.
Our book with confidence offers increased flexibility, bookings will now only require a €30 deposit and have a four week cancellation penalty. The balance will be due four weeks prior to arrival. Within 4 weeks prior to arrival, all payments made are non refundable, however, in the case of government restrictions, payments made, may be moved to a future booking within 18 months of the original booking. Please see our Policies page for full details. Valid for bookings made from 16th December 2020 – 31st December 2021, made directly through our direct website.

The safety and wellbeing of our guests and team has always been incredibly important to us. We pride ourselves on the high standard of cleanliness, we have maintained in our holiday homes in seasons past. However, we recognise the need to double our efforts during this time. As such we want to let you know of some of the new (and old) measures we have been taking with our cleaning:
Checking in and social distancing
We are minimising contact at reception with protective screens, keeping social distancing measures in place and hand sanitiser is available in public areas.
Bed linen and towels
All linen and towels are provided through an outside company which is under strict HSE guidelines. Laundering is over 60°C to thermally disinfect, so you can enjoy a safe and great night’s sleep.
Protective equipment for our teams
We provide all our team members with protective equipment including gloves, aprons, face masks and hand sanitiser. Of which they wear while in your property, including during cleaning, any maintenance work and check out.
